As a student + as a teacher, I have learned so much more than a physical practice. it has transformed how I show up for all aspects of life.

What started as a physical practice has forced me to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My physical practice and my body are a reflection of the lessons I’ve learned and continue to learn through mindfulness, self reflection and healing. Yoga has transformed the way I show up for myself, my family and the people in my life. You guys open the door to a deeper, richer, more grounded relationship with myself so that I can then show up for the world through the lens of love+compassion
IMPACT OVER IMAGE. When I reflect on these words, I think who cares what it all looks like. In a world where image is so highly regarded, it can be challenging to not get lost in the shuffle. The clearest way to be truly seen and heard is to focus on your impact. What can I offer someone else that will create an impact in their life. Am I, are you willing to value that over all else?
If I am blessed enough to win, this money will go toward growing my online yoga/wellness community so that eventually I can build a physical wellness center.
